  • Immediate Access: After purchasing, you will receive an order confirmation page. Click the download link directly from this page to save your file.

    Email Delivery: You will automatically receive a standard order confirmation email, followed by a second email containing a secure link to your file(s).

    Expiration Notice: For your security, the download link in the email is active for 24 hours after the first click.

    What to do if the link expires: Don't worry! If you click an expired link, Squarespace will automatically send a new, updated link to your email address.

    Best Practice: We recommend downloading and saving the file to your device immediately upon receipt to avoid future issues

  • Digital items are not eligible for returns or exchanges because of the nature of these items. Refund exceptions will be made for accidental duplicate purchases of the same pattern within six months of the previous purchase. This will require proof of purchase for both transactions. This can be provided as an order along with which pattern it was that you accidentally re-purchased.

  • Please read through the whole pattern first to see if your question is answered in a further section. There may be video links included for more challenging parts, please watch these as they help a lot. If you are still stuck you can email me at patchcatcrafts@gmail.com

  • I do not do custom orders at this time, either for finished products or custom patterns.

  • I’m unable to change your password for you, but after clicking the link on the homepage, you can click Forgot password? to send yourself a password reset email. This link expires after 24 hours.
