Though it will work well with any kind of yarn, this pattern is specially designed to be easy to make with chenille, plush or blanket yarn. The Lion in the example is made with Premier Parfait XL Chenille yarn and a 10.00mm hook. It is 20 cm (8”) high and 13cm (5”) wide.

The recommended amigurumi skill level for this pattern is intermediate as several different types of crochet stitches are used.
